Well, I am showered, and I cooked a steak dinner, and have fresh clean clothes on and now I may have a (small) wine and watch a film.
It took all day, but it works. Of course I still need to build a cabinet around it, and it would have been a great deal eaier if I’d had another body for even 10 minutes.
-Runs upstairs, puts water on, runs downstairs, discovers leak spraying everywhere, runs back upstairs put water off – you get the idea.
Tomorrow there will be hoovering and sweeping and cleaning, because thankfully it looks as though my familly will be back (late) in spite of everything, although Chris may have to drive several hundred miles on three cylinders, but that’s her story to tell.
It’s been an interesting experimet trying to keep Dog’s Life daily, I’m delighted to have shared this with you (readers). So it’ll be back to sort of weekly, and back to work : ( from here.
