It’s a Dogs Life 101

Well first, I’d like to thank everyone who posted, commented or liked in support of my 100th video.

Of course I actually uploaded the video to the wrong place (my “real” facebook, rather than hidden away in Back of the Kennel), so I’m sure I have some likes from some confused people who will have no idea what I’m waffling about.

Aside that mild success, I have been away for a life afirming weekend with assorted family. Our bi-annual pilgrimage to points South to drink, laugh, dance, share, cook and eat (2 very large, no meat item spared, breakfasts, and 2, no prisoners taken, dinners with pudding and cheeses).

Enroute, I had an unexpected encounter with a flat cap in a shop. Not so much the hat that was unexpected, as the fact that it fit (well). This is a rare event when you have a skull lie mine – and the moon dips slightly when it passes overhead.

As we are now in December, I can speak openly of Christmas, and it was suggested by lovely wife that such a hat could not be passed up and would be a highly suitable gift, especially since my last flat cap ( I have a large selection of hats for different occasions) had “moved on”.

We are nay precious on such things, so I was bought Christmas early, and wore it away for the weekend (to the delight of all). My sons were treated to a photo;-

Which elicted the comment of the weekend;

“He’s transitioned to the next stage of Codger!”

I’m unsure whether I should laugh or cry…..

Next week on IaDL ; It’s behind you! “Oh no it isn’t!”
