Tone Pigs

4 piece then 5 piece ultimately 6 piece, mostly covers band long since split over musical differences, but reputedly all still pals….

Line up varied over the years, but key participants: Bert “Blues” Richard, Lesley Cox/Richard, Lucky Dog Wilson, Susan Cox/Bell, Jamie “Wolfman ” Burroughs, “Father”Paul Delaney, Jim Miller, Neil “Martian” Martin, Stephen Softly, and at least two other bass player who’s names escape me.

Tone pigs vague claim to fame was as the reason d’etre for Dalmallyfest, which they generally closed (headlined is too strong a term) while it was still in Dalmally. The assorted core members regularly crop up in other groups and in an organsing roles.
